Digital Development Consents - Apply Programme
The Digital Services Division within Scottish Government Digital Directorate are leading the Digital Development Consents programme which is responsible for driving forward digitalisation of planning and building standards under the public service reform agenda.
They are looking for people to join their Research Panel to help design and develop the new Apply service for planning and building standards applications, and appeals, which will replace eDevelopment Scotland.
By joining you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, test new features and content, and directly shape how this service is designed and delivered.
Feedback gathered through this panel will inform decisions about design, usability and accessibility. Your experience and time will help to build a service that meets the needs of all users.
What’s involved:
- Take part in occasional surveys, interviews, workshops or usability sessions.
- Participate remotely or in person – it’s up to you.
- All sessions are optional and we will do our best to schedule these around panel member availability.
Who can join:
The views of a broad range of people are sought, including:
- Members of the public
- Professionals (acting on behalf of applicants)
- Developers and housebuilders
- Local authority users (involved in the admin and processing of applications)
- Professional associations, charities and regulatory bodies
